To untangle is to see where the thread begins.
Individual sessions for adults. A calm, safe space to talk about what's difficult and find clarity step by step — at your own pace, without judgement or hurry.
Thoughts going round in circles.
A knot you can't undo alone.
Together we find where the thread begins.
And breathing gets easier.
01 — About
Kateryna
Psychologist

I'm Kateryna. I work with people who feel their life has become a tangled ball of thread: anxiety, exhaustion, difficulties in relationships, moving abroad and finding yourself in a new place.
My work is based on [your method or approach, e.g. cognitive behavioural therapy, Gestalt, an integrative approach]. Confidentiality, respect for your pace and clear agreements matter to me.

Every story looks tangled when you see it from the inside. In therapy we don't cut the knots — we gently look for where the thread begins, and step by step bring back your sense of footing, clarity and choice.
